BedMart
BedMart is a family-owned mattress and furniture retailer, headquartered in Oregon. They have over 36 locations and an e-commerce website. As the Marketing Manager, I oversee all branding and marketing projects for the company. I also handle BedMart’s content management, promotions, copywriting, asset management, internal communications, recruitment marketing, event planning, and donation program. Over the past 5 years, I have helped successfully open over 10 locations and assisted with transitioning newly acquired companies.
Promotion Planning
For every promotion, I work with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Manufacturers to decide on products and key focuses for the event. I work with our Graphic Designer to develop all customer-facing materials, including commercials, digital assets, signage, print ads, and more. I also create internal materials for the sales team, including one sheets and product breakdowns.

E-Commerce Website
I helped with the creation and strategy for BedMart’s new website. BedMart wanted to build a new e-comm focused website that would complement their in-store experience. I spearheaded the content creation, building out web pages, and coordinated all the discussions with the supporting vendors. Post launch, I help with content creation, website maintenance, driving traffic, and exploring additional optimization opportunities.
Highlights:
- Has now driven over $1.5 million in new revenue
- Became a pillar in the company, especially after forced COVID closure for three months

Social Media Management
I manage all of BedMart’s social media accounts, including content creation, planning, and strategy. The goal is to increase brand awareness, store traffic, and online sales. I also oversee all paid social advertising. I have also manage the accounts for their supporting brands, Parklane and Mind’s Eye Interiors.
Email Marketing
I evolved BedMart’s email marketing strategy to provide additional customer touch points, Intitially they only sent one email per sale, a welcome coupon, and the occasional announcement. I created their welcome and post purpose series. In addition, their promotional emails now are more customized based on consumer engagement and needs.

Content Creation
At BedMart, I played an active role in all the content created for the brand during my time there. I helped with writing content, designing assets, editing videos, and brainstorming new ideas to help increase SEO, brand awareness, and conversions.
